Sunshine is the Worship Pastor at Church on the Rock and an acclaimed musician who has performed in major venues locally and nationally. During her first term as Ward 2 Commissioner, she has proven her commitment to Palmetto and its residents, working tirelessly to make sure that our city is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
